Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused
  • In its original condition
  • In its original packaging
  • With all accessories included, if applicable

To start a return, please contact us at veltis@use.startmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at veltis@use.startmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo or video of the issue
  • A brief explanation of the problem

We will review your case and offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Original shipping fees, if any, may not be refundable unless required by law.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we may not be able to accept returns on items that have been used or are not in their original condition, unless the item is faulty.
